So what exactly makes a woman, perfect? This topic has been covered since the dawn of dating—but it has never been applied to our dating model.

Rather than release a subjective survey based entirely on opinion, we decided to tackle this question head-on using our “bid for first-dates” system. We were then able to objectively determine “The Perfect Woman” based solely on first-date offers.

In essence, men putting their money where their heart is.

We polled the dating history from major cities in order to determine their definitions of “The Perfect Woman” based on the following female qualities: Hair Color, Eye Color, Vice, and Education. Some of these results may surprise you:

For one, I assumed that Los Angeles loves the quintessential blonde hair/blue-eyed beauty. But according to first date offers, they love brunettes with green eyes the most.

Here are some other interesting takeaways  from these results:

1. New Yorkers can agree with Van Morrison’s “Brown-Eyed Girl.” The “Big Apple” is the only city to value brown-eyed girls.
2. Boston is the only location in the US to go fiery over red-heads.
3. Every single city views a “Perfect Woman” as an outgoing (social drinker), non-smoker.
4. Gone are the stay-at-home moms and housewives: all men want their women educated.
5. The US consensus of “The Perfect Woman” is a brunette with green eyes.
